Former India U19 World Cup winner Manjot Kalra has been arrested in Sri Lanka for allegedly bribing a player to fix a match in the Lanka Premier League. Kalra, who owns LPL franchise Jaffna Kings, offered ₹27 lakh to affect the outcome of the game. Kalra played in the 2018 U19 World Cup, with the likes of Prithvi Shaw and Shubman Gill.
